Massage Chair Insider exists to answer one question honestly: is this massage chair worth what it costs, and is it the right one for you? These are expensive, heavy, hard-to-return purchases, and most of what you find when you search is written by someone who sells them. We sell nothing.
What we do
We publish buying guides and comparisons for massage chairs sold in the United States — covering roller mechanisms and track shape, intensity and coverage, zero-gravity recline, heat and air-compression systems, footprint and wall clearance, weight and height fit, delivery and installation, warranty terms, and what the thing actually costs to own over ten years. We read manufacturer specifications, owner's manuals, warranty documents and real owner feedback, and translate them into plain language.
What we don't do
- We don't sell products. There is no store here and no inventory.
- We don't accept payment for coverage. No brand can buy a placement, a score or a mention.
- We don't lab-test units. We're a research and comparison site, and we say so plainly rather than implying hands-on testing we haven't done.
- We don't make health claims. Massage chairs are wellness products, not medical devices. We won't tell you one cures anything — see our health & safety disclaimer.
How we pay for it
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That commission does not influence what we recommend or how we rank options. The full details are on our affiliate disclosure page.
How we work
Our research method, sourcing rules, correction policy and review schedule are documented on our editorial policy page. Every article carries a named author, a review date, and — where applicable — the name of the specialist who checked it.
